Latency goes from 250 to 999+ after an hour of in game time. Not sure what is going on. I have a solid fast internet speed of 102.8 down and 112.4 up.
Running Windows 10 pro 64 bit and use the ESO launcher (non-Steam game).

    I have already done two complete reboots of my PC as well as one time on my wireless modem.

    you most likely mean PC/NA? i also experience sudden lag spikes (maybe because of faulty balancers/servers NICs/drivers).
    PC/EU is quite stable for my experience.
