Still can't log in even after store and account system maintence completed, did not log into pts

240416-002371 Is my reference number. I made a post earlier but I am making another one now, this is now my second day of being unable to login due to the overall situation which is becoming annoying. The ticket is unanswered as well, which is to be expected but is there anything on here that can be done?
