[Suggestion] Undeath, Vampire, Necromancer

Replace a Grave Lord Bone Tyrant passive with Undeath. Refactor it so it requires up to three Grave Lord abilities slotted for the full effect. Nerf the effect to 15%.
Replace Undeath on the Vampire skill line with something like Bloodless
- Reduce damage from Martial Damage and Status Effects by up to X% and Y% based on your missing health

Buff Necro for PvP and make them even better PvE tanks, and refactor the Vampire passive so it can be circumvented with magic damage while preserving it thematically and functionally.

But necroes are already tanky in PvP. They need other buffs.

Sorry, I meant Bone Tyrant, not Grave Lord. Replace a passive like Disdain Harm; making the damage reduction conditional to slotted abilities, but also not limited to just AOE. I think that balances out-- skill bar economy is valuable enough that the full effect will be expensive to utilize, but still powerful.

In my experience, Necros have enough burst to be very effective in PvP, even if it doesn't measure up to other classes. Extra survivability (while also removing some of that survivability from non-necro vampire opponents) should balance it out. In fact, combined with the Bloodless passive I described, it doubles as a buff to PvP Magcro since they'll have the tools that bypass Bloodless resistance.
