    Same here, and I haven't even been on the PTS (was at work all night).

    Anyone notice the other banner saying " [in progress] ESO Account System maintenance".

    Account system maintenance has not historically prevented people from playing the game.

    The fact it isn't expected is also clear from this update:

    Same issue, cannot log in, was in this morning just fine but got distracted and timed out for inactivity, when I came back to log on later I was unable to. I have not been on the PTS for a very long time and was in this morning with no issues.
