It is one of the best mazes in the game, if you ask me. Even better than skyshard hunt in the Silent Halls.
Walking under ceiling was even better during the event, while all those players are running below in the crowded delve.6 -

Well, I won't be able to grab the free confetti horse and I already have that mount coming along the Thieves DLC chapter - bought along some time ago. I feel quite a bit left behind during this 10th year anniversary.2 -

Did you check the crown store for the horse - I can confirm it's there. At least that's where I was able to pick it up.
Also noticed, I'm still missing one point for the full level. Didn't notice for years
