Guild Stores Missing? Just me?

I just returned after 9+months away. Updated all add ons, got back in swing of things, etc.
But today went to check my guild store listings at bank, and all my guild stores were missing. Went to another bank, same thing. Went to a random guild trader, and no trader, just said goodbye.
Disabled all add ons, no help. Gonna make it hard to bid on trader tomorrow. (Lol).
Has this happened to others? Is it just me? Something new I didn't know about?
ANY help would be appreciated and a big Thank You in advance! Huzzah!

Edit: Forgot to mention I disabled all add ons and same thing.

Sounds like you have a social ban.

But would that affect all traders? No matters the city or if Im a member or not? Even my guild that Im a GM of, our trader doesnt show up.

That does affect all traders.

Are you able to whisper other players? That is another thing that a social ban blocks.

Either way would be good to submit a ticket.

Thank you. Did not know that. Lol. Never been banned.

Well, I guess you were right. Couldn't whisper in chat. Don't they notify you about bans? Never had one. Only thing I can think of is I sent out a group mail to my guild to let them know I was back. Maybe that flagged something.

The group mail may be what did it. From what I've heard they don't notify for these.

I hope they get this fixed soon!

Automated mailings to many players at once can trip their system and trigger a social ban.

What add-on are you using to automate those mails? I'd look into options for which ones are more reliable than others at including enough of a delay.

What add-on are you using to automate those mails? I'd look into options for which ones are more reliable than others at including enough of a delay.

I use Godsend. As I mentioned, I have been here 10+ years. I had my Godsend set to have enough delay not to trigger spam sensors, but I have also just come back from 9 month absent, so maybe something changed because I've used it tons of times for group mail and never had a problem. But obviously, there is one now. I will look into it. Thank you for your response. I appreciate it!!

There was this thread where someone using Godsend to send mails found themselves with a social ban back in July of last year:

Another poster there also mentioned that Godsend had gotten a few comments on its esoui.com page mentioning bans as well.

Another add-on author posted a new version with a longer delay: https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info3737-GodSendSlowerDelayVersion.html

There are a few comments on that version's page which may be worth looking at, but I hope the new version works for you.

ETA: As for your question about the time of the delay, please see the comments by Amanda (who published the newer version) on the front page of that version's esoui.com page. I believe that might be what we can get as far as information.

My trade guild does a mass mailing one a week, sometimes twice. That account has never been banned.

This mail is the events notification mail. Sometimes if we need specific items for auction or yard sale they'll do another one. But never super often.
