So what's up with the infinite loading screen crashes lately

Seems like every other hour I have a loading screen that goes unresponsive and I need to completely shutdown my desktop because not even task manager will close the game. What's up with that zos?

ZoeliTintanie✭✭✭It started out a few weeks ago for me and got progressively worse until it was chain-crashes repeatedly for about a day.
The thing that worked was repairing the launcher and adding zos to firewall exceptions.
the other tips the support had was to update drivers, check some dpi settings, update all the addons or disable them and try logging on.

ImmortalElf13✭✭✭Ive been getting them too since the start of the event. Repair helped and so did a PC restart. It could be cache overload. I also switched to the Beta Launcher just as the event started.Pulchra floralibus mitram iuro, tibi desinet.0 -
vingarmo✭✭✭Since the event started I had somewhat similar issues as well. When logging in 50% chance game would stuck on loading screen and i cant even shut it down manually or through task manager because window unresponsive, have to restart PC.
And long loading screens where there wasn't any weeks before. Like 1-2 minutes loading between stages of Infinite archive or teleporting between Cyrodiil keeps. Changing zones also seem to be much longer too. But performance in combat weirdly stays roughly the same.1 -

0lbertikus✭✭✭✭I've run into this loading screen of death 3 times since last patch. Everytime when trying to port into a BG. it really sucks cause you have to wait for BG queue to be ready, then you cannot port into the match.1
