Ball of Lightning bug

Ball of Lightning is counting as a pet when active. Which in turn is increasing health and preventing the heal from hardened ward. I can't imagine this is intended. Every pet bar none has one of the following actions... They move, deal damage, or has a health bar. Ball of Lightning falls doesn't have or do any of these.

Yudo✭✭✭Yes, it looks like BoL counts as a pet.
This contradicts with the intention of non-pet builds and the bonus from passives:- The "expert summoner" passive gives bonus health when BoL is active on non-pet builds.
- The "expert summoner" passive removes the magicka bonus on non-pet builds when BoL is active.
