spawn of mephala is not good for pvp, the aoe is too small and too easy to get out of
velidreth is OK for both, same with maarselok (though most would say maarselok is OP for pvp)
thurvokun is not really useful in pve because its extremely low dmg, and the debuffs dont do a lot in pve, not even that great for pvp anymore either with the cp2.0
lady thorn i see as niche, works OK, but not really great
im guessing you were only looking at the specific dmg types and not all monster sets? lol

neither of the poison ones are really great, euphotic gatekeeper is meant to be a more defensive one (you get a bonus when you dodge roll that absorbs projectiles if you stay in a 5 meter area and then it explodes), it only absorbs projectiles for 1 sec and has like a 20 sec cooldown
spawn of mephala is OK, its not bad for PVE as it adds an extra bit of dot that can be up 100% of the time, but it will not work in pvp due to low dmg and enemies moving out of the area too easy
so for both pvp and pve, none of the current poison dmg monster helms will really be ideal, mephala is OK for pve but thats about it
