i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

for everything but the trueflame, the drop rates are kind of low and really depend on your RNG
i for example got staff of worms within 13 dolmens, but theres other people who havent got it and have done hundreds of dolmens
my suggestion, spend like an hour or 2 farming 1 of them, and if it doesnt come up, can try a different drop, or do something else in game entirely (if you try to do it all at once it will lead to burnout + frustration if your not getting the drop lol)
or if your say camping a WB, those have 5 min respawn, you can do something else while sitting there farming like watch a movie/tv show or whatnotplays PC/NA
