Does Fifth Legion Porter recipe still exist?

I have been trying to acquire all provisioning recipes on my main crafter. The only one I am still missing is "Fifth Legion Porter". I have three characters at the provisioning level where level 40-49 recipes drop and do daily crafting writs with those. Have been doing it for a few months and still nothing. And now with the anniversary event dropping purple recipes a lot, I still haven't gotten this one. So does it still exist?

(I am on PS-EU)

I have finally found the recipe. I have tried the traders in the main cities daily over the past weeks, but only yesterday afternoon did I find one in Elden Root.

Thank you all for the help.

I know you said you're on PS-EU, but at least on PC-NA I can confirm that it does, in fact, exist.
Have you checked guild traders in the major cities?

I have checked guild traders, but no luck so far. Will be keeping an eye on it for sure. Just which someone from PS-EU can confirm it still drops.

    use tamriel trade centre

TTC isn't particularly useful on consoles, as there's no automated way to get listings into the database, so theres not much data.

When I collected them all on my main I had all my 17 other characters doing writs at the same level to find them, and some still took months. A few never dropped for me and I ended up finding them at traders. Good luck, I hope it drops for you soon :)

I do provisioning writs on multiple characters across all provisioning levels (ie 3 do max level, 2-3 do the level below that, 2-3 do the next one down, etc). You get recipes that are within that level range so splitting them up means you’re more likely to get ones in that range.

    Yes it exists.
As alternative source, try to search at traders in the base game's big cities, at the very least: Mournhold, Elden Root, Wayrest, Vivec City.
