Public dungeons drop

Just ran through Obsidian Scar and no drops, are the public dungeons dropping jubilee items?

Per the announcement:

Killing and looting any final Dungeon boss
Killing and looting any final Trial boss
Killing and looting any World boss
Completing any Incursion event, such as a Dark Anchor, Abyssal Geyser, Bastion Nymic, or similar

Although the phrasing of the last point should follow the pattern of the first three: you must get credit for the boss itself, not the participation chest for dolmens or shell for geysers, in order to get a Jubilee box.

Anyway, to the OP, no: public dungeons aren't dungeons.

It’s a list of what bosses are dropping boxes, confirming that public dungeon bosses aren’t on there. If OP is looking for boxes, they might want to know where to look instead.

Actually, if you check your list the first item says Killing and looting *any* final dungeon boss.

I'm just the messenger: public dungeons don't count as dungeons.

Public dungeons don't have "final" bosses, so there is no way that bullet point could have included them in the first place.

No, but they have group event bosses, basically harder bosses that many would consider the final boss. I can see how people might think this would drop a chest, especially if they're not native English speakers.
