    The robe is the dragonbone style from the Elsweyr collectors edition.
    Shoulders should be Militant Ordinator.
    And I want to say the gloves are the DC armor motif.

    Have you checked https://eso.mmo-fashion.com/ - they have a section on motifs, another on costumes. AFAIK, they have all the available looks for viewing, with pics on various races.

    Chest is Dragonbone light robe, and the staff is Ebonheart Pact alliance style, but I'm not too sure on the shoulders or hands.

    I Find that website isn't fully loaded. it's missing some things.
