No epic or legendary mats after refining 10k stacks of Ruby Ash, Rubedite Ore, and Ancestor Silk

I just refined 10k stacks of Rough Ruby Ash, Rubedite Ore, and Raw Ancestor Silk and got zero epic or ledgendary mats out of it. I sumitted a /bug report but am wondering if the same has happened to anyone else?

✭✭✭✭✭Did you directly compare the amounts in your inventory/craft bag before and after?
I find that often my UI add-on will not catch and print everything produced during the refinement process, especially when there are so many different items involved.0 -

Then I'd file a support ticket asking them to verify they're seeing no mats added to your craft bag. They should be able to tell you and compensate you if what you were seeing was correct.
Personally, every time that add-on has not recorded mats for me, they have still been added to my craft bag nonetheless.1 -

It was my fault (although I blame the armory assistant
). All of the extraction skills for the various crafts did not have skill points assigned to them on the character I was on due to switching back and forth between builds. 0
