So apparently the "Free to Play" event has backlogged the verification servers email. I even created a new account to try logging into the free to play event. Received an activation email and an Activation success email, but no Log into Game activation code would arrive to this new account email. I also went so far as to change my email on this my main account from an outlook address to a gmail address and no login verification code arrived.

Try to log into your account with the official ZOS account login page, then check to make sure your account has actually been activated. I've made this mistake. I typed in my activation code but you have to triple check that it's actually recorded into the system.

All accounts are activated, got the login codes around 4am after trying again per the support ticket reply that said they were backlogged. Don't know why the popup that asks for the code says not to try again for 24 hours when their own tech support recommends trying every 10 minutes.

Having the same problem myself. Tried everything on the link ZOS_Bill posted, still not getting anything. I have made a ticket on support, hopefully reply and resolution will be swift.

240414-005087 is the ticket number. I just made a reply to a response I got.
