Unlocked character features (yes, another Black hair for Altmer thread, a 10th anniversary one tho)

I don't know if this is the right category for this discussion.
Still it's been 10 years since ESO release, and as such, the game has grown exponentially content wise, so i'm sure there's a lot of more important stuff the devs need to focus on regarding balancing PvE and PvP, release of new yearly content, bugfixes etc.
But i need to ask this... will we ever get a black/dark hair option for Altmer and/or a green skin tone for Orcs? I'm sure there's other stuff available to NPCs that's unavailable to players but those two are what comes to mind right now.
Why not just unlock most colors for most of the races? I'm not talking about an RGB slider, but mostly making those race restricted hair colors available on all races. (I'm talking about Human/Mer races mostly, but i'm sure something can be done for Beast races too). I don't know if some colors may look strange on certain races, but i don't really think so considering we have stuff like this:

...available to everyone.
Guess we can consider hair dyeing canon in this case, so that can be a lore reason for unusual hair colors

VisitHammerfell✭✭✭✭I agree. Black haired Altmers and greener Orcs and Dunmer. There's one shade orc and dark elf that is just barely green enough but it's not like what the NPCs get. Also more short hairstyles for female characters and flower crowns for humanoids, and some hairstyles like the Khajiit turban bun would look good on Redguards.FOR THE COVENANT! 🦁

Credible_Joe✭✭✭✭I posted a thread with a similar request, but with the full range of body types, including height and weight. Didn't title it very well, people were under the impression I wanted characters the size of giants or action figures. What I really wanted was an orc the size and build of a goblin, which we would be able to do if we could make them as short and thin as a bosmer.
