Monolith of Storms chest style has no effects

I busted my butt collecting these style pages because they were supposed to have a cool lighting effect. But nothing, very disappointed. As soon as I get the mount I'm done with IA.

i’ve never done IA and don’t plan on it, but what i’ve read on the forums is that you need 5 pieces on to get the glow effect to show up.

i wear it on my sorc with 5 pieces. i think there's a glow effect. kind of purply? i'll check tomorrow and report back

With 5 pieces equipped on my sorc I can see the effect. I love it!

You need a full 5-pieces active on the body to get the effect. Equipping a costume will disable the effect, as will a hat/"hide helm" if one of those 5 pieces is the head slot.

So is the effect a purple glow, or lightning? All of the promotional art has the sorcerer in the background hidden behind everyone else. I couldn't find other pics on the Internet either.

You get it from either wearing 5 pieces of the armour, or 5 of the style motifs.

yeah i just checked ... with 5 pieces, you get a purply glow around your shoulders with sparks. needs 5 pieces
