Buy ESO Game code to gift to a friend

How can I buy an ESO code for PC NA (I am on EU) for a friend who lives in another country? I can not buy them the game via Steam, Epic, or the ZOS store. If possible I also want to buy a crown gift to give them for starting to play the game.

✭✭✭✭✭not sure why steam wouldnt work, since you should be allowed to gift another steam user any game on steam, unless the person your trying to gift to is in some restricted country (dont know of any where ESO would not be allowed)
in terms of account creation, there is no difference between PC NA and PC EU as any PC account has access to both of themplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

✭✭✭✭✭It doesn't matter which server they're going to play on, the only important thing is making sure you buy a PC version, not Xbox or Playstation.
One option is to buy it from a reputable 3rd party site - then you'll get emailed a code and you just need to forward the email to them. On PC it does matter which server (EU or NA) that you will buy Crowns as each server will not carry over Crown or any item bought from Crown Store. ESO+ subscription will be active independent on server, but purchases will follow the same rule.
As for characters and progression those are separate, so toggling between EU and NA will mean to start all over (but progression and character will be kept on that server you aren't playing) .

In short, don't expect that you can change between EU and NA without taking care that you always have added items to the correct server or are logged into the correct server when you want to redeem crown items from linking Twitch or Amazone to your account for free drops.
Another issue are that you need to have been logged into this game for a long time to Gift another account anything. If you have had a break from playing ESO for some time and are now returning, then you will have to wait 180 days until you can Gift anybody anything.0
