Khartag Point Delve boss not spawning

The boss for the Vvardenfell delve Khartag point does not spawn for me. I've logged out and back in both inside and outside the delve, waited for about 15 minutes as well and nothing. I have killed the boss though when others have entered the delve, but it does not register it as me completing the delve, so I can't get the achievements.
