At what number of sets do the Grand Master stations change appearance?

Each of the Grand Master crafting stations has three forms, depending on the number of sets it handles. More clutter is added, and parts glow, at the higher levels. I have not found any statement of what the set counts are that trigger the changes. Anyone know?

✭✭✭✭✭These crafting stations are so much nicer than the worn-out looking ones that I would like to use them for regular crafting. I think there are 3 different looks but I have no idea if the look changes with each 1/3 attunables acquired or some other value.

theres 77 total stations, and its approximately 25 stations for 33%
im still at a peak around 15-20 station range on most of my grandmastersplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

✭✭All I know so far is that they have not changed at 26 of 77, and that the full 77 set have the final form, glowing from everything. Most guilds I know have the maxed out ones, and everyone else is just getting started. The images on UESP are from the previews, not placed ones, so there is only the description “moderately attuned” for the in-between state, without numbers. What we need is someone with around 40 to chime in.1 -

✭✭I can't remember how many I have exactly but it's less than half. I have more stations for when I get the chance to go around and attune them, I think I remember working out that would take me over half way so I'll be sure I add them one at a time to checkPS4 EU0 -
BetweenMidgets✭✭✭✭✭I also wanted to know this, and assumed someone would have taken screenshots. I did take screenshots but I haven't sorted through them. Maybe one day. These are the notes I have, though:
at 5/77 - a few things added and there is movement on some parts
16/77 - no chance
21/77 - no change
26/77 - no change

✭✭I can now answer half my own question. I just added the 30th set, and the stations lit up their signs and lettering. A few items added to the table tops, too, I think.
It will be quite some time before I see the next stage.3 -

✭✭Finally got around to checking mine, I've got 32 sets so didn't see the first couple of changes
Would guess first one is around 10-15 then? It'll be interesting to see if the appearance changes back to the previous level for completed tables with the release of Gold RoadPS4 EU0 -

The "Moderately Attuned" state came in at 30 sets, and I know the 77 set current maximum gives the "Fully Attuned". I did not notice when the "Lightly Attuned" change happened, but 5 sets was mentioned above, and I have no reason to doubt it. Unfortunately(?) you can add multiple sets at one time, so unless someone is deliberately adding them singly, the exact count is hard to determine.2 -

I actually like the Moderately Attuned look better. I was going to wait until I had enough to get all the tables but now maybe I will go ahead and get started.
