House Setting Randomly Reverting

I've had a number of my house's setting revert to No Access. I have every house set to Access, yes I'm sure, it's the first thing I do when I buy a house and I never change it. But sometimes when decorating I'll notice the setting is back on No Access, and earlier a guildie couldn't port to one of my houses and sure enough it was back on No Access.

Wanted to add and it won't let me edit so, I went to every single house I have and six had been put back on the preset of No Access. They were all set to Visitors and I never changed it. Yes I'm positive I put them on Visitor, it's the very first thing I do when I buy a house.

When you’re trying to edit the initial post of a thread, the cogwheel to edit it appears next to the title of the thread, not where it appears in subsequent posts.

If the cogwheel doesn’t appear at all, try refreshing the page. If that fails, let a mod or CM know.

This has been happening on console for a couple years now. It happens to certain players and nobody knows why. The only trick I know of to combat this is to manually add guilds/players you know of, and set their permissions individually. If you have “no access” as your default permissions, and XYZ guild entered individually as “visitor”and someone from XYZ guild tries to visit, the game will default to the individual permissions over the default and they will be allowed to visit. I’m not sure if it’s still working this way or not, but it doesn’t hurt to try!
