About that Jester's Seeker Suit style and Jester's Feast Arms Pack and my motivation to get them

I used to like pursuing new outfit styles very much although currently I'm in the following situation:
I have a few extra outfit slots unlocked on a few of my characters, maybe 10 in total, idk. And I mostly like all the outfit/color combinations that I thoroughly picked to the extent that I don't want to overwrite them with new styles and buying one more slot will not change the situation since I have thousands more possibilities and dozens styles that I'd like to try. And I'm not the one who would buy a dozen outfit style slots even if discounted.
So the problem is I can't save my current state of outfit slots somewhere to re-apply later using all the gold and outfit tokens I have.
And all those really super cool collected and crown purchased styles and tokens are just laying and collecting dust.
Which kills my desire to participate another event and collect another style, so I find that I'd better use my time to write this post than doing the event chores.
Are you gong to do something about it dear ZOS?

Just put a new outfit on? The gold/tokens spent on outfits should just be viewed as gone and a temporary spend, this isn’t a game issue that needs staff tagged, it seems like this is your own decisions holding you back from enjoying the game more.
When I really like an outfit but want to try a new one, I just make a note of the styles/colours for if I want to wear it again. You could try that.

Making notes for every piece what its style (yes, they are often from different styles) and color name - 3 colors per piece? So tedious. I love this game a lot but maybe not that much anymore. Some QoL improvement would help.
If the question of motivation to buy new styles and participate events is not a reason to tag staff then what is?

Yeah, I hate with every fiber of my being outfit slots and armory slots being character only, feels extremely scummy. Especially for $15 a pop...if they were 100-500 crowns it wouldn't be that much of an issue. $15, though? Absurd.

What do you want staff to do? The outfit slot system already exists for this reason (I personally also don’t like buying slots as I think they’re too expensive) but if you refuse to use it, and refuse to just make a quick note, then what else are staff supposed to do to cater to you specifically?
Is this just another “I want everything all the time for free AND zero effort” post or what

Do you go up to staff members in real life stores and tell them you don’t have space in your wardrobe or cupboards for their new stock?

Anything else I say will get snipped for needless back and forth probably, and I don’t want to be rude, but I just really want to let you know that it takes less than a minute to make a note of styles (yes, even multiple ones, I know because I do it probably weekly) and their colours, a lot less time than complaining on the forums takes, and with a much better outcome!

FWIW there are a few addons that let you save some outfit configs.

So that would be awesome to have outfit UI update that allows saving current state of outfit and then loading it back for exchange of gold or outfit tokens, instead of making long notes then reading those notes and applying the changes again one by one.
As a one who really enjoys fashion in ESO I find the outfit system un-manageable. Okay, let's say I make those notes (trust me I did that) and overwritten an outfit slot then in a while I want to save the last picked outfit and bring the old one back, so I have to make more notes etc. And what if I want to change hairstyle or personality or markings and.my mount and pet that would match the new outfit better. How much time you think I will spend working on those notes? How much fun will it be?
Such system would not be like free outfit slots no, it would be QoL improvement to help quickly changing outfits that are memorized in game instead of manual notes and it would still cost gold or outfit tokens.
Then after some experiments back and forth if I like the result, and would like save it to another outfit slot so I can switch it without spending any more tokens, I would buy another outfit slot.

I disagree when you say it's "quick" notes. It's a quick note if it's just one outfit style for all the armor and weapon and even then it takes some time to "save" the color names to notes and "load" them back hovering mouse over the colors and looking what are those color names.

Try to create a new outfit yourself where you mix >3 colors and 3-4 different outfit styles,
then make the notes then create another outfit and make notes then put on the first outfit back
    and you'll see.
I can send you in game gold to cover the outfit changes costs.

But who am I kidding it's not gonna happen. I'm grateful for I can add mounts, costumes etc to favorites!

If they were 100-500 crowns I'd buy 10 right away.
But no, high fashion is for rich.

You know what, that’s actually fair. I personally don’t mind keeping my little notes, because I update them when new things comes out (mounts, adornments etc) that match older looks so I can update them next time I put them on someone, and I also sometimes put very similar looks with minor changes on multiple characters at different points. (I also play on console so I don’t actually know what it’s like/if it’s more annoying to change outfits etc on pc)
    Your concept of a system is a really good idea for (what I assume is) the majority of people who don’t do what I do, thanks for explaining it! I do think you’re sadly right that it’s unlikely to happen because pure outfit slots are obviously money makers though :{
