Storage Room Doors in Houses

NOTE: This was a random thought structure and can be tweaked, please don't poke holes, but more so bounce it till it's awesome

Was talking to my GL, complaining about storage again as I have 20 toons, all the storage chests, and my bank more or less full and I'm rotating items, deconing things, and buying more houses to drop house items in. So a thought, I'm sure not the first time mentioned by anyone in eso, but to maybe bring it up again, in the event some other post exists...

For 10k crowns get a 1000 item storage room
it's like a door that you insert in any house and when you access it it opens up a furnishing inventory like in houses, but for gear, furniture, motifs, styles, etc
For gear you'll have them divided
overland, crafted, dungeon, trial, with an option to select bounded only
you can buy the Storage Room Door twice only or 20k crown
place both doors next to each other for double storage 2000 items (look like a double door entryway) or place one door in one room and another somewhere else and access the 1000 inventory (choose between which 1000 to view, can only see all 2000 items at once if the storage room doors are next to each other, must be a manor or notable house to equip 2 storage room doors

Size allotted for the storage can be less, but for 10k more than some houses, 1000 seems about right.

Bounce the thought process don't poke holes, and maybe, just maybe in 5-10 years we'll see this come to be.
