Now each hit in full heaavy armour hits like a truck. dosnt mater thaat you have high armor.
removing a armour ar reseting dosnt chang much of healing taking aand giving..... th numbers dontad up.. last photo is without armour and before taht with armor...

self healing as a tank generally wont get big numbers because the base heal is scaled on your dmg stats, which tanks dont really slot into

the only one that really scales well on a tank are health-scaled heals such as polar wind

if your talking about healing received bonuses from the gear, most of those are generally pretty small (4% each)

a 10000 hp heal, 4% increase would be +400 more on the heal amount

im not sure what the advanced stats is showing, since the numbers dont change at all with or without armor, but i know some of those advanced stats dont really tell the whole picture either (there are some bonuses that dont show up there)

have you actually tested using a heal to see the numbers with/without armor?

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

This is kind the problem:"since the numbers dont change at all with or without armor" . but they should.
Some of poeople i plaayed had more survivability in light gear then me.. And i had never had a problem to survive a hevy hiiting boss.
now i trying to get som mor numbr output

I've noticed a significant armor difference as well!

I'm a magsorc, and wear all light armor save for one piece of heavy and medium.

Up until today, I've had to use the Matriarch as a boost to any heals I am getting because everything has been hitting through my armor like it was soft butter.

Today while playing, I've been able to ditch the Matriarch and it's like I'm wearing heavy armor--but my tank, who is in all heavy gear, gets killed in 2-3 hits on a normal dungeon!!! I'm confused!!!

I love playing as a Heavy Armour Healer, I can survive and heal, great in Vet Dungeons, but right now, My Light and Medium Armour Toons have more resistance than the Heavy ones????

    Same Character 3 different Setups

Leeching Plate & Undertakers with Earth gore Monster Set, My standard Heavy Heal Setup, resistance is way down, and my outgoing heals are basically not there!!! Healing Given from Undertakers and Earth Gore should be 8% and another 8% from the Staff, but according to the Stats , my outbound healing is 2%

Switching leeching Plate with Sergeants , actually sent the Healing UP considerably, but that was with a Slime craw Monster set

the last set is basically a dps set that is being messed about with, and the resistance on that is still higher !!

Something is not quite right just now...

It's Making me play a little more conservatively, and instead of diving in and healing everyone with me last to worry about... now Im a little wary that I might not get my job done!

Funnily enough, I kind of take my little Job in the dungeon quite seriously , But a Job is to be done to your best ability, whether in real life or a game!!!

Might be a passing thing, but unless you make these things known, then Support don't know there is a problem in the first place

yeah thats why i suggested getting actual healing numbers, to see if those are changing and its the advanced stats panel that is bugged and not recording the bonuses

Yeah, the tooltips for skills and the advanced stats panel have historically not been accurate in reflecting all applicable sources of actual healing.

    Healing done is generally reflected.

    Healing taken is generally not.

Healing received from Rapid Mending is reflected in tooltips, but healing received from Burning Heart was not, last I knew.

According to my notes from testing this last year: “healing received” and “healing taken” from passives (class, CP, armor, etc.) and buffs (Vitality) were additive with each other. “Healing taken” from set bonuses (e.g. Puncturing Remedy’s perfected line) were a second category. And “healing done” (including CP like Blessed and buffs like Mending) were their own third category. Each category was additive within itself and multiplicative with the others.

Might bear new testing, though. I know the advanced stats panel has been updated without any patch notes when it comes to other bonuses, so it’s a bit of a moving target when it comes to assessing how accurate it is.
