Cannot Switch Online Status (Online, Offline, Away, Do Not Disturb, etc.) [PC]

This is extremely problematic for a number of reasons. I was set to offline when this occurred. This means friends cannot see me online to group with me, guilds cannot see that I'm logging in, I appear to be permanently inactive. There is no dropdown menu when I press the dropdown button.
Troubleshooting: I disabled all of my addons and reloaded UI. No dice, this is the native ESO UI bugging out.

That 'mere' problem has caused a lot of annoyance for me. But I do thank you for letting me know it was just off by a bit.
