Cannot Switch Online Status (Online, Offline, Away, Do Not Disturb, etc.) [PC]

This is extremely problematic for a number of reasons. I was set to offline when this occurred. This means friends cannot see me online to group with me, guilds cannot see that I'm logging in, I appear to be permanently inactive. There is no dropdown menu when I press the dropdown button.
Troubleshooting: I disabled all of my addons and reloaded UI. No dice, this is the native ESO UI bugging out.

verminjerky✭✭✭Update: A guildie informed me that the arrow is merely graphicly incorrect and can still be activated down and to the right of where it appears to be.1

That 'mere' problem has caused a lot of annoyance for me. But I do thank you for letting me know it was just off by a bit.
