Bought wrong version on steam

I bought eso necrom collection for 16 euros, but noticed after purchase after inspecting necroms store page you could get the full version + deluxe for 6 bucks more, and wonder if it's possible to upgrade it with the small difference?
I tried to contact steam but they are not responding.
I don't want to rebuy the entire game just for the deluxe content.

mikejezz✭✭✭✭I got an update from steam saying that they are not able to upgrade it, as the developer doesn't make it possible to upgrade.
So because I bought the standard edition because the deluxe edition wasn't advertised on the eso storefront on steam, I will never be able to get the deluxe edition content unless I buy the entire game again as a deluxe version?0
