Bought wrong version on steam

Hi Zo's,

I bought eso necrom collection for 16 euros, but noticed after purchase after inspecting necroms store page you could get the full version + deluxe for 6 bucks more, and wonder if it's possible to upgrade it with the small difference?

I tried to contact steam but they are not responding.

I don't want to rebuy the entire game just for the deluxe content.

    I got an update from steam saying that they are not able to upgrade it, as the developer doesn't make it possible to upgrade.

    So because I bought the standard edition because the deluxe edition wasn't advertised on the eso storefront on steam, I will never be able to get the deluxe edition content unless I buy the entire game again as a deluxe version?

    Cant you ask steam to refund and buy the correct version?

    ESO is a live service game and therefore it is not refundable.

    You also accept that when purchasing it.
