Can't login getting error 200

This error was common in 2017. I have two accounts and both are unable to login tonight. I played both a few hours ago. This has been happening about twice a day for a few weeks. At 2130 PDT I don't think there are many trying to login. Is this a DDOS attack? On first login I watched the launcher update to about 25% and stop. I rebooted and then it finished I logged into one account but could not login to the second one. Curiously, when I exited the first account I saw an error 200 message in front of the launcher. I don't think there is anything I can do but if others are seeing this strange stuff maybe there is a server side issue.
