I noticed that fragments for several of the achievements in the Infinite Archive keep dropping even after the corresponding achievement has been completed. Since the fragments are bound, they are useless if you already have the achievement. They can't even be sold to the merchant. You can basically only destroy them. My suggestion would be that you would be able to sell the to Filer Ool for archival fortunes. That way they are still useful.
