Missing Shadow of the Hist Container from Pledge Master

Am I stupid or is it now impossible to get Velidreth / Mighty Chudan shoulders from the Pledge Master vendor? This is really impeding on my magsorc build as I would like to run chudan to be op but now I am not op, I am bad.
For some reason I cannot upload a picture, but could someone please verify as this is a pretty bad issue imo. I've switched between characters just incase it was some weird bug but it keeps on persisting.

Nebula_DooM✭✭✭Just confirmed with some friends that the box is also missing for them. Can we please get a fix for this as now we will literally have to wait for the Golden Vendor to drop the shoulders for Mighty Chudan and Velidreth. This is a pretty bad bug since this is blocking people from using gear from dlc content and builds.
