Missing Mystery Coffer from Urgarlag Chief-bane

The Mystery Coffers were an important way to get shoulder style pages, and were critical for people who do not have many keys to attempt to get Shoulder pieces. However the DLC pledge vendor no longer offers this Blue, one-key coffer:

The basegame vendors were not impacted and still offer this coffer. This change was not disclosed in the PTS patch notes, or the Live U41 patch notes so I'm assuming this is a bug. If it is not a bug and is the intended behavior because it was not disclosed it should still be reverted.

hey,did some of the dlc shoulder's disappear too? ex being shadow of the hist coffer?

There have been no incremental patches since the update, so there cannot have been a fix.
