Are pledges rewards working correctly?

So today I did the pledges: Bal Sunnar, Blessed Crucible, and Wayrest Sewers.
Completed all 3 on veteran hard mode.
Base game: blue geode with 5 transmutes, and 2 keys for each
DLC: purple geode with 2 transmutes, and 4 keys.
The keys are - according to the patch notes - correct, and the full 8 keys received... by all members of the group.
However, the transmutes... is it correct that we got less transmutes than we did before the patch? Is it really working as expected when you get only 2 transmutes from the DLC hard mode purple geode, yet 5 transmutes from the base game blue geode? Other people in the group got 3 transmutes from the purple geode, so it seems like RNG is playing a hand here.
Something feel broken. I'm pretty sure I always got 5 transmutes from the DLC hard modes before the patch.

ElderSmitter✭✭✭✭✭No one seems to know honestly. I also am getting less transmutes. Nothing in the patch notes and I assume it is a bug associated with the coding for the Key Change. I would post this in Bugs for ZOS to look into.1

the non-dlc pledges are not affected

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

Ardriel✭✭✭✭I got one transmute from a blue geode for the dlc pledge today. Less transmutes for harder dungeon doesn't seem right to me. This is certainly not working as it was supposed to be.0 -
