Can't Login - Error 301

Hello
I am not able to login. It is saying "unable to connect to server" with the code of Error 301. This problem has been happening since Wednesday patch. The things I have tried are:
- Repair command from launcher
- Attempting to login from the exe file instead of steam
- Update the launcher itself
- Restart my computer
- Restart my router
- Check my firewall if it has Elder scrolls online enabled
- Check my computer if it is working on safe/test mode
- Delete the games program data file and redownload it
- Delete all my addons
- Redownload the entire game
Can someone please help? Maybe I missed something or there is something else I can do
(I am playing on steam)

✭✭✭Is your Steam ESO Account one of the early ones?
Reason I ask is it might be possible for you to log in using the games exe. from the actual game files. I know the early Steam Users used to be able to do that, not sure when the actual cut off date was, when newer users couldn't.
If you can log in from there, then it might be an issue with Steam.When people say to me........
"You're going to regret that in the morning"

xRegosx✭✭I tried disabling my firewall entirely now and it put me into queue for a moment and it closed again with the error 103. But now when I try again, its back to error 301.0

When I try to login to NA server, I can login. But when I try to connect to EU server, I cant.0 -
