'Creative mode' for housing?

What would everyone think about a system where you could temporarily mess around with all furnishings for free? Of course, you wouldn't be able to keep anything and it would probably only be a private house (sort of like previewing a house), but I think something like a creative mode would help plan projects or test out ideas, without having to fully invest in expensive housing and furniture.
Do you think it's something that could realistically happen in ESO? Would it be something you'd be interested in seeing?

Vynera✭✭✭Thats a great idea, something like a planning/construction mode.
You can place everything you want for free, but thats only visible in the editor mode. Once you aquire that item you can "place" it on the spot where you've set it in the planning/construction mode.
That way you could layout and test different things.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭I had a similar suggestion in the past. I’d love to be able to create something and see a list of what materials and how much of each you would need to construct it all.
I know PC players could use PTS for some things, but console players don’t have that option.
