Skills taking several tries to go off

Last night I was in Vatreshran...several times I'd hit a button for a skill and nothing....nothing...finally fires off. Anyone else experiencing this same type of behaviour?

Something it's gcd but I'm sure there are times when it's not. I can see the onscreen button hit but not actually firing.
Failure rate is very high when I got hits from several players and need the ability most. But the same ability always works when nobody hits me.

✭Thanks...ya I was thinking might be semi-common in PvP with busy servers...but not in a solo instance in non-pvp. Usually the skills animations didn't even fire so eh...odd.0 -

✭I play on high ping and it used to happen in vma all the time. But yeah 100% going to happen in pvp. Just expect it.
It's like the client locks you out from sending so many commands. But then it finally sends to sever and server locks you out because the client just dumped on the server.
Sometimes I can hit cloak. Run. Dodge. Then I end up cloaking. But I can't skill again till the cloak happens. Then i get pulled out straight away.This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.2
