I'll state now that I'm on Linux and therefore not officially supported, however I'm curious about if this is happening to others.

Randomly(first time turning in a writ, second in inventory) my game has hard locked my pc. Keyboard works but mouse (wireless) does not at all, and thus I have to hard reboot as I can't shut down properly.

Restarted the game, it runs fine.
