U41 did not fix the "Customized Actions" bugs

As I highlighted in a previous thread of mine, starting from Update 40 there is a bug concerning the "Customized Actions" regarding runes. Even 2 customized actions for runes (crown store items, bought with crowns !) do not work properly. Both are working every now and then after Update40. When they do not work my character still stands in front of the rune to collect and then I just see the material enter the inventory. This bug does not occur by disabling the Customized Action. Update 41 did not take this bug into consideration, nor did fix it. I wonder why the items purchased from the crown store don't have to be promptly fixed, given that the players spent real money to purchase them.
I therefore ask that these "Customized Actions" for runes be urgently fixed.

    I forgot to name the two crown store items that not properly work.
    The Customized Actions are:
    1) Ashen Runegathering
    2) Reach Witch Removal.
