I've reported it on PTS week 3 (https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/8045458#Comment_8045458) but apparently is wasn't fixed and went live broken.

All of these are 100% health sieges:

The issue appears to be that in the back-end Coldharbour siege sourced from different drop tables have different attribute strings. If you try quick slotting them you should see that items that stack together slot together but that the items that don't stack with the one you slotted aren't counted in the quickslot count. It's a longstanding issue with the different item sourcing.

So why not just convert them to the same? What is the point of making things that appear different but are the same?

They definitely should it's just always been this way, so it isn't strictly a bug with the stacking

At the moment I'm positive that they'll hopefully stack in the future. In a recent update they changed crown store items from different sources so that they'll stack with each other, so there is a chance that this was just overlooked :)

I noticed that some of the old cold fire ballista even have a larger footprint than the new ones, so they definitely different ID code.
