Unified repair kits aren't in the game at all. Someone said they heard they've been delayed, but there are zero dev posts and nothing in the patch notes (which instead proudly announce this feature in the first paragraph). This is very disappointing. The siege stacking is at least nice.

There was actually a dev post about it but not in the alliance war forum. Must be one of the only PVP related threads on the forum which hasn't been moved to die in the Alliance War section.
Kind of surprised they didn't mention it in the patch notes though.
