Tzogvin's warband to save a skill slot just as an option, no matter if you're stamina or magicka character. Option pools is pretty large, especially if you're a casual player it can go pretty wild.

For a magblade you can definitely go overland plus crafted, like mother's sorrow and order's wrath, or also use tzogvin's. Yet again pool of options is pretty big and you probably should look at what you're currently lacking for your content and what can you cover up with skills, for example.
Things like crit chance, crit damage or spell penetration comes to mind to look at.

If you want to combine that with 1 piece mythic and 1 piece monster, monster shoulders can be bought with keys, which you can get from normal dungeons (pledges).

If you want 2 piece monster without running vet dungeons, the Golden Vendor in Cyrodiil sells 2 rotating sets (head or shoulders) during the weekend. Takes some time to get the ones you want, just make it a habit of checking every weekend. I've collected most monster sets without ever touching the vet dungeon.
