Stuck at VR3

What should I do to get the last 25% of my VR level so I can move on to the next VR zone? I have ventured into the next zone but mobs are VR4 and kick my arse to put it mildly. I know people complain about the questing in veteran ranks, but at least it is better than grinding. I have honestly up to this point found it to be pretty reliable, if you are a completionist, that each zones quests will give you enough exp to move on without grinding. This is not a *** forum I just need some advice. I cant find a group that will take a vr3 DPS NB into any dungeon, I have no quests left in the previous zones, I have killed the elites/Anchors, went back and got all my skyshards, cleared all delves, and even did a few open world pve quests/delves in Cyrodill. I am just out of options and need advice or a pair of fresh eyes to help me out am I missing something?

I think doing all 3 Tier 1 veteran dungeons would get you that missing 25%. I'm not sure why you are having a hard time finding groups though, I cleared all 3 with mostly VR1-VR2 DPS (yes, including nightblades) and never heard anyone in my group complain. I used the LFG tool, met some great people along the way too. Do expect a bunch of wiping but, otherwise, I see no reason that you wouldn't be able to join on Veteran dungeon groups

just join like 2-3 other people and do all dolmens and bosses up to vr5 zone then u can go back and do all solo dungeons and a few quests and you'll be vr5

Ahh forgot about the LFG tool thanks and everytime I was asked my class I was never responded back too it was weird. Almost as if they would rathe take a different class
