The skill is just unusable in both Cyrodiil and Battlegrounds.
It never, never NEVER hits... when we by luck, every 2 278 moons it fires.
And yes I have a good connection.
Non stealth players have any success using it ?
If the target is moving, like during all the fight, I would better just remove it from my bar.
