Is doomchar plateau bigger than coldharbor surreal estate?

for max space and max height and whether I can put bridges, panels and ladders over lava etc. Does anyone own both and can share some opinions?

I got coldharbor surreal estate today and wonder if the doomchar plateau would be worth to spend my tickets on.

    I'm fairly sure you can't build too far over the lava

    I'm fairly sure you can't build higher than Cold Harbor.

    Back when we had all the crafting stations, our guild house had a platform was built over the lava and it was huge. This is the arena in Craglorn

    I don’t have the Coldharbour one, but I seem to recall you can build a bit off the edge and extend down, as well as up. Doomchar extends about half-way across the lava before the invisible wall. So maybe one has max area, but the other has max volume?
