CP blue tree Reaving Blows now heals for 8% ???

I know for a fact Reaving Blows healed you for 7% of your direct Damage. i was just looking at my CP Tree and noticed it now Heals for 8% of your Direct Damage. When was this done? 1% is quite a bit when you're doing high Direct damage. I have not seen this change anywhere. Even ESO Wiki still says 7% and every other website I check. Was this one of ESO's unannounced sneaky buffs?

Ok so this is Weird. When I look at Reaving Blows with my DPS it says 7% When I Slot 1 of my Tanks it says 8% there must be a modifier Buffing Reaving Blows. This could even be a bug I have no idea. I made a small video showing this. I was unaware it could be buffed, and I would love to know what is buffing it if anyone knows. Thanks!

✭✭✭✭✭It is possible to get it to 8% using Major Mending alone. What type of tank were you on? (Class passives? Skills? Gear?)
ETA: The number 7 (or 8, when buffed) is in white, not grey, which means it can be modified. I don't believe this is a bug. It's just reflecting the buffs.Edited by virtus753 on March 4, 2024 7:11AM3 -

I am a templar so that is probably what buffed it. I did not know it could be buffed though. Was not sure if that was a bug or not. Pretty interesting. I am doing some testing on it now with my DPS and the healing is quite substantial.2 -
ElderSmitter✭✭✭✭✭Definitely buffed by Minor Mending as my DPS also got the buff to 8% when i used Extended Ritual. I also did a test and slotted another Fighter guild ability to stack more damage vs slotting Vigor and Reaving Blows healed so much using Jabs I did not need Vigor against the Imperfect and had higher dps. I swapped Reaving Blows for Wrathful Strikes. It was a DPS gain no doubt. Major Vitality did not increase RB but Minor Mending did. I slotted a Resto staff to see if Major Mending also buffed it more, but I did not see it above 8%.Edited by ElderSmitter on March 4, 2024 7:27AM2

Some buffs apply but are not reflected in the tooltip. I believe healing done changes tooltips but healing received and taken do not. They still should apply, though, if you check your actual healing when using them.0 -
