zone dlc unlocked that i dont remember purchasing.

Like the title saids, theres dlc unlocked on my account i dont ever rememer purchasing, including gremoor, summerset, and deadlands. the rest i have some memory of buying. I’m not an eso plus member either. i havent touched any of these dlc just for the record.

    Greymoor and Summerset are chapters, and would have been included if you purchased a full chapter (not just an upgrade) after they came out. If you purchased High Isle, for example, it would have included all the previous chapters as well. Deadlands was given away for free around about the time it came out.

    After looking through my order history i saw that i bought the blackwood collectors edition upgrade, but like you said, the past zone dlcs dont come with that. i also remember buying elsewyr from the crown store, but i dont think anything but elsewyr comes with that.

    You know, thinking more on it, I'm wondering if you buy an upgrade after having skipped several chapters if the previous chapters get rolled into it anyway? I've always bought the upgrades in their year of release, so I figured the upgrade was just the latest chapter. If you buy the chapters in the crown store, they are standalone, that I am sure on, but the regular purchase upgrades might work differently.

    Deadlands was given away in 2021 as a reward after the Bounties of Blackwood event to people who owned Blackwood.

    only way to get old chapters when purchasing a chapter is to purchase the Collection instead of Upgrade.

    so it's either a bug or you perhaps got Greymoor and Summerset gifted to you?

    I dont remember accepting any gifts. I have a bad feeling its a bug, in which case I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do besides report it here.

    Reporting it here is a start; you could also open a ticket about it, try to contact customer service to see if they can help you figure it out.

    Unfortunately, I’m not very smart and forgot both the password and security question to the account for submitting ticket, I must’ve set it up a long time ago, so this might be my ownly means of letting zenimax know. I just don’t want to get banned for having dlc i shouldn’t.

    You can submit a ticket in game instead (using /help, not /bug). That will prompt a reply via email.

    I got it submitted, twice. once to report the bug, and a second time to correct an error in my first report, i said i didnt remember buying blackwood, but what i didnt buy was summerset. not sure how i messed that up

    I know it’s a bit late, but I wanted to say that after doing a more in depth search of my microsoft order history, I see I bought the Blackwood collection at some point. It was for a good price so I must have bought it on a whim atthe time, intending to play through the dlc when I got around to it. It just took me so long to get to it that I completely forgot I bought the dlc over two years ago.

    The only question I have now is about the deadlands dlc since I didnt participate in the bounties of blackwood event, then again, given my record, its entirely possible i actually did buy it and forgot about it.
