Is there a furnishing that's similar to a Japanese style Torii archway?

There isn't an item exactly like that iirc, but maybe you can cobble it from other items, like the Khajiit Frame Arched, and the Dark Elf Highway. I'm a bit out of the hosuing loop, so there may be even better alternatives nowadays, but here's some of the archways I made a while ago:

You can also search for Hachiko's houses here on the forums and on YT, they have amazing Japanese inspired houses, and lots of themed structures custom-made.

Oh, thank you. Those are nice! I was watching Hachiko's houses. I learned some tricks there as well.
I also saw this one, and I just thought it was something that was not cobbled. But if it was, I am amazed.
