✭✭✭✭✭There isn't an item exactly like that iirc, but maybe you can cobble it from other items, like the Khajiit Frame Arched, and the Dark Elf Highway. I'm a bit out of the hosuing loop, so there may be even better alternatives nowadays, but here's some of the archways I made a while ago:
You can also search for Hachiko's houses here on the forums and on YT, they have amazing Japanese inspired houses, and lots of themed structures custom-made.3 -
