As an AD player... Team purple is very common in Cyrodill. EP attacking Alessia while DC decides to attack Roe simultaneously is all too common. It's like DC and EP became a single faction and that's EPDC vs AD... I admit that it become hardmode... But at the same time, I see it as a weakness of DC and EP. They seem to be unable to defeat us without teaming up.

Oh, and High Elves and Khajiit are hot and adorable so maybe DC and EP are jealous that they have nothing to offer?

I'm not a PvP player and I have no alliance to any faction over another.I'm in Cyrodiil occasionally to get tier one awards or do town crests etc. I have seen these types of accusations leveled by every alliance against the other two in the zone chat. To me everyone is seeing conspiracies everywhere. Whether true or not, I neither know nor care. I just find it funny and thank you for a bit of entertainment whilst doing an otherwise mundane task.

It's funny because EP zone chat complains about team green all the time. I imagine it's whining about team orange in DC zone chat as well.

All I know about AD is that the Wood Elf known as Finedrin has been found guilty of the following crimes: stealing rotten tomatoes and other refuse from stablemaster Semiral's midden-heap, dumping said refuse on the head of the Altmer commander, Faruin, during his visit to the clanmother. Although the general tone of your post seems baiting to me, I'll forgive it in the spirit of Whitestrake's Mayhem.

As others have noted, everything depends on your perspective as dictated by whichever alluance you're fighting for. Everyone sees the other two alliances as the enemy. Yellow thinks that Red and Blue are working together as Team Purple. Red thinks that Yellow and Blue are working together as Team Green. And Blue thinks that Yellow and Red are working together as Team Orange. But thinking that it's so doesn't make it so.

Last night I was helping DC defend a keep against EP. After the fight had been going on for a while, AD showed up to try to take advantage of the situation. So, was AD cooperating with EP, or was AD fighting both DC and EP?

Last week I had just finished a mission in Cyrodiil when EP grabbed one of DC's scrolls while DC had hardly anyone on, and someone in zone chat said something like "just let them take it." I figured he was probably frustrated because he'd tried to stop EP from taking the scroll but hadn't gotten any help. I decided to ride after EP in case there were other DC giving chase, and I rode like mad all the way across Cyrodiil to Drakelowe, which turned out to be where EP was taking our scroll. I didn't know that, I was just riding after them and trying to go around them to cut them off. I actually made it to the hills around Drakelowe just as EP was getting there, but there was an EP player at the head of the escort party who saw me and killed me pretty quick. (I tend to fare rather poorly against most PvP players.) I laughed it off, because I hadn't expected to be able to stop EP, certainly not by myself; I honestly had just decided to ride like mad across Cyrodiil for the sheer fun of it.

Anyway, I tell you that story because when I got to the outskirts of Drakelowe and met up with the advance escorts, guess what I saw as I was lying dead on the side of the hill? A group of AD players were chasing EP and fighting with them to try to get our scroll. Not a single other DC player was in sight-- as I said, there were only a few of us on at the time.

Now, back at the scroll temple, DC players might have seen EP and AD as fighting DC together in order to take our scroll, but it was apparent to me that AD was trying very hard to stop EP and claim our scroll for themselves.

What might look like two alliances cooperating against the third alliance is nearly always two dogs fighting each other over the same bone. The only exception would be if an individual player decided to help his or her friends who happen to be in a different alliance. But if there are any sizeable numbers of players from two alliances involved, it is never actual cooperation, just two competitors fighting over spoils that both competitors want.
