When in Apocrypha and you look up at this - thats hovers over Ciphers Midden - what could it be - to me it looks like a cloud that rains down ink but where would it have originated from, if this is so.

The ink and "water" of Apocrypha is chaotic creatia. Azure plasm is Coldharbour's version and the lava in Deadlands is the equivalent there.[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!3 -
