QoL for Jewelry Crafting and Alchemy

Tahlavos17
Hello,

I would like to suggest that we see a QoL for both Jewelry Crafting and Alchemy in the form of Hirelings all of the other crafting skills besides these two have hirelings and I feel that we need hirelings, Potency Increase this covers both in terms for Jewelry Crafting the desired trait can be increased based on a level system and for the Alchemy side of things the potion could be pure strength for potions like that of the Tri-Potions or being able to create Stronger Poisons that can deal a bit more damage. These are the two things that I feel would be a somewhat necessary QoL for the Jewelry Crafting and the Alchemy Skill trees to bring them up to certain standards of what players might be welcomed into the community.

Feel free to leave your thoughts down below. Just ask that it remains civil.

Hirelings would be consistent with other skills but I think an alchemy hireling might negatively impact alchemy sachets from the tel-var general merchant and from the infinite archive, and would somewhat diminish the value of especially tel-var and cut off a major source of alchemy mats from primarily pvpers.

Don't think there are other sources of jewellery mats that might be affected - unless that card game, which I have no interest in playing, drops them?

I'd be happy if they just got rid of all those fiddly jewellery fragments like they did with platings and made it consistent with the other craft skills.

Potency increase I think might be meaningful across all craft skills and should, perhaps, be time based (like trait research) - i.e. the longer the crafter has maxed the skill the more 'potency' could be applied to crafted items. Nothing huge but significant. I'd hope something like this might make master crafters more meaningful after they became a joke post-awa and be sought out by those looking to optimise or create diversity in builds. No idea if this would be possible or workable - just throwing it out there, too.

But I think zos have potions/food as the next thing to tackle as part of their hybridisation changes.
