Can only 1 character get the end of campaign rewards in the home campaign?

I was running both of my characters through the Gray Host server for the event and the first character got to Tier 3 for the end of campaign rewards, but the second character got no credit at all when I played on it even though he did earn AP and even got a skill point. The tier level shows zero with no progress at all. So can only 1 character get the rewards?

KS_Amt38✭✭✭✭Nope you can get it for every single character, that's my way of farming transmutes as I got Tier 1 for all of my 14 characters to get 700 Transmutes monthly.4

Dax_Draconis✭✭✭✭It must have bugged then because he got no end or campaign credit at all even though he got a skill point, AP and rewards for the worthy mail. It is still at zero.0
