Salute to the duo that killed me with Gryphons Reprisal

It was on Xbox, NA servers, Blackreach campaign, probably. Been a couple weeks but still…
A pair of yellows attacked me as I was flipping a resource. You guys got me. Good job. In the list of stuff that killed me was Gryphon’s Reprisal.
And so I just wanted to say thanks. Never been killed by that, and reading about it means one of you had to crit then the other had to pop the synergy. In the flurry of combat I thought it was that first Warden skill with the cliff racer bird.
The reason I’m thanking you is because it’s nice to see folks making weird builds and doing different stuff. It seems like so many people want to watch a popular video and imitate that. But you guys went a step beyond original and built a set that requires a partner. It felt good to be taken out by a Starsky & Hutch buddy-cop duo. I salute you.

But this brings up another topic. How often when I read set text that I don’t realize my own toon counts as target and so on. Like, folks are recommending Wretched Vitality and I’m thinking “I gotta debuff the enemy first?” and not realizing buffing myself counts.Edited by soelslaev on February 20, 2024 1:20AM0 -
